All mold designs are first completed in 3D design for your review. Once the 3D design has been approved, we will do a complete 2D assembly design. We can accept native files in the following formats: Pro-E, CAD and Siemens NX (Unigraphics). We can also accept IGS, STP, Parasolid, and DXF files.
 
We sample all tools in China prior to shipment. The tools will be run under production conditions for a minimum of three hours. We will select random samples during the run and provide complete first article inspection reports to you along with the sample parts. We also provide a process sheet. These samples are shipped to you via DHL for your approval. Once the samples are approved, we will then perform a detailed final inspection prior to shipment.
